Thanks, everyone - I too closed my November boost account, and as soon as that was completed, the offer of the January one appeared, and it has opened OK.

How did you close your November boost account? On android, can only find option to hide it.

Go into the boosted account, tap 3 dots, close account

Tapping the 3 dots does not give option to close current booster account on android...

It does for me, Android 13. I get the Close Account option on my boosted saver and I closed a standard account this way this afternoon

I don't mean the 3 dots on the main 'Save & Invest' page, go into the savings account and use the 3 there

Ahhh, I was using the app in dark mode, so couldn't see the 3 bloomin' dots at the top 🤣

All sorted now and on the extended bonus til Jan.

If you close an existing saved when is the interest for that added and to where?
To answer my own question, it comes up automatically to transfer the interest earned so far this month into your CA.
Everything very easy, transferred balance, closed and re opened in less than a minute.

I have an old 4.1% saver with a load of scheduled payments plus the Nov boosted saver. Has anyone closed the Nov boosted saver and got the Jan boosted saver while retaining an old 4.1% saver. I can't be faffed with setting up scheduled payments again.

Btw annoyingly, they can't move scheduled payments across. I just let them go unpaid and top up the 4.1% saver before 2pm.... unless I happen to be awake gone midnight that is.
