As a big Bank, Chase use Faster Payments which is pretty much immediate. When paying away from Chase, you’ll see the transaction go into ‘Pending’ for around 30-60 seconds while automated security checks take place and then it is done ‘Complete’.Johnny-Cage said:What’s the withdrawals like on Chase are they instant or does it have a cut off time1 -
Thx might as well empty my Tandem at 4.90% and move the funds to Chasejaypers said:

I quite like the 1% cashback. My main a/c is elsewhere but I use Chase for day to day spending.Johnny-Cage said:

I've stopped using Chase for all but the most trivial spends. 2.00% cashback with the Edge CC is a better option

Usually done within 60 seconds, however they regularly slow down between 1700-1900 and can take up to 20 minutes to move. This is quite frequent even when making payments to regular payees. Not sure what they do at this time of the day but can be frustrating at times.Johnny-Cage said:What’s the withdrawals like on Chase are they instant or does it have a cut off time0 -
Has anyone else closed their Nov account and been able to open a Jan account since? I'm worried about closing my existing account and not being able to open a Jan account...jak22 said:I asked by message in the app to transfer to the new expiry account but the answer was - anyone who's opened the bonus saver 1 isn't eligible as the offer has been made available for those unable to open the first one.
Then asking if closing an existing one made you eligible for the new one the answer was again no as one of the eligibility criteria is that customers who have already opened a bonus 1 won't be eligible for a bonus 2.

Yes I did this today. Earlier posts from others confirm this works. Thanks to SoulSaver who confirmed this yesterday.2
