Can't remember if I said yesterday that a nurse turned up at 5pm to take more blood from DH!  He got a phone call today to say that the Dr wants to check them again so another nurse will be coming on Tuesday to take more.  No idea what the concern is but have to say DH seems to be OK.  He's walking quite well on crutches now, certainly much better than a few days ago and also in less pain; only taking a pain killer first thing and last thing so obviously much less pain now.

Got my fingers crossed for my friend as well she has doctors tomorrow, the medication they gave her does not seem to be working and she said she feels awful :(

Morning all, it's another lovely sunny day today.  Haven't even got a machine load of washing I could do and hang out - that doesn't happen very often!  Will definitely be doing a load tomorrow as want to get the towels washed.

Sorry to hear your friend's medication isn't working for her @bubbs.  Hopefully something can be sorted out for her.

Sorry Scotland are coming home @beanielou but I'm sure they tried their best to win!  Just have to wait another 4 years and try again!

    Today's plan:

B - scrambled eggs on toast
    L - chicken salad
D - sweet and sour chicken or chicken curry with rice (will see which DH would rather have)

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - none planned

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, I have sunshine this morning so towels and bedding done and out on the line.

Planning on cleaning the windows and blinds as soon as I’ve finished my coffee. Put it off long enough 🤣

Food today is large chopped fruit bowl with Kvarg 0.5 for breakfast, tuna salad with balsamic at lunch and for dinner a portion of chicken curry I found lurking in the freezer with rice.

Hope everyone is well. Have a smashing day!

Welcome @HotDog2020. I posted only the other day that we all have to prioritise our syns so if a smoothie is what you want then go for it, you have plenty of syns to use at the moment . As your weight (and the syns allowed) drops then it would be easy to switch the smoothie to, for example, some whole fruit and use the spinach as salad leaves to get the same nutrition.

@joedenise is right that the Sainsbury's BGTY Cumberland sausages are 1 syns each. Sainsburys Cumberland British Pork Sausages, Be Good To Yourself x8 454g | Sainsbury's Aldi's skinny sausages are half a syn each.

I was sorry to see Scotland go out too @beanielou. ❤ Stuart Armstrong, wish they'd brought him on earlier. Does that mean your DS is heading home @Jellybaby?🤔

Lovely day here too. I'm planning to read my book. It's book club on Friday and I've barely started it as I thought I'd be reading it on a sun lounger.

I didn't get to post yesterday. I probably went over syns as I was dancing in the afternoon with a buffet tea provided. I didn't go mad but probably too much cheese, a few olives and a couple of crackers. Everything else was SW friendly fruit.

    Back on plan 100% today.

B- HEB toast, eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
L- LO beef casserole and veg (P,F,S)
D- Baked cod (P), sweet potato mash (F), roast Mediterranean veg, green stuff (S)
    Syns-0

Thanks Maman I agree however I was thinking more like change the cooked breakfast to something zero or very low syn would be my next change. Thanks...However I have still to try the smoothie so may change my mind! 😊
