I think customer service has gone out of the window @bubbs. It's everywhere. I'm almost surprised when someone answers the phone, that's assuming you can even track down a number. ☹️ At least you got the lasagne made while you were waiting. 👍

I don't mind flying early @joedenise but I hate arriving back really late and then having to drive home. Unfortunately, you often have to take what you can get. Well done on finding some SW friendly food. 😊

Have a good holiday @maddiemay. It's good to be in range before you go, gives you plenty of time to get back afterwards.

We were out for lunch today. I made good choices (prawn cocktail and sea bass with new potatoes and roast veg ) but there were some syns in the mayo and cooking. Other meals on plan and no alcohol as I was driving. 👍

Bubbs that is so frustrating. Not being able to speak to someone. I don't think I have called one company lately that doesn't start with 'We are experiencing a high level of calls so you may have to listen to hold music until you are dead!'

Well, after a week off for Eid, my colleague and I went back to WI last night.  
I knew I had gained a bit during the last few days of Ramadhan and Eid so have been back firmly on plan and hoping to at least STS. 

Only went and managed a 3.5lb loss! 2 more lbs to have lost 3 stone. Was a happy bunny last night, I can tell you.

Morning all, it's an absolutely beautiful day today especially if you can get out of the wind as that's a bit cold!

Decided there was enough dark washing to do a load so that's been done and out on the line by 8am!  Should be dry by early afternoon so can get that folded and put away later.

Well done @NornIronRose that's an absolutely brilliant loss at any time yet alone when you were celebrating at the end of Eid!  Not long until you get that 3 stone award I'm sure.

Enjoy your break too @maddiemay and hope you don't put on too much weight.  I use measuring spoons and scales when we go away self catering but not when we're all inclusive although I do try to eat sensibly but it's the alcohol where the syns come in!!!

We've got a very late flight back as well as the very early morning going over.  We get back to Gatwick just after midnight so it will probably be about 2.30-3am by the time we get home on the Saturday morning.

Today's plan:

B - toast and marmalade
L - LF burger, onions, gherkin slices, soft pitta
D - Dover sole, chips, peas

HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - LF spread 3; marmalade 3; LF burger 0.5; soft pitta 7; chippie chips 7?

Over syns but using stuff up.  Only fresh stuff left is a couple of eggs so I'll whisk them up and freeze them to use in scrambled eggs when we come home.

Second table has arrived and looks fine. I finished cleaning the kitchen this morning so DS2 can lug it into place when he gets home from work.  Have ordered a bean to cup coffee machine as a retirement present to myself 🤣 I’ve always wanted one but the price kept putting me off but I reckon I’m worth it now 😁

Today’s food:
B - wasn’t hungry so just a cup of tea
L - chicken salad sandwich HEXB, 1.5 for salad cream, apple and two plums
D - beef curry, rice
