Morning all, weather not looking too bad today so another load of washing in and will get it out on the line later.  Not a lot of breeze so may not dry completely but I thought that yesterday and everything dried so we'll see.

Thanks for the heads up @bubbs on the Sainsburys Nectar offers, couple of good deals there but not sure whether I'll be able to get down there this week.  Need to check for freezer space to decide if I've got enough room for both offers but think it will be a case of either/or not both unless I can find a bit more space somewhere!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - P; S; F; 1
L - burger, onions, gherkin slices in soft pitta - HEB; S; 0.5
D - roast pork, roast potatoes, roasted carrots and peppers, green veg - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - soft pitta
Syns - sausage 1; burger 0.5; might have a small bit of crackling (if it's crackled properly!) 4?

    Have a good day everyone.

    Afternoon all
Wi yesterday with 1lb gain, glad in a way as was beginning to think I had something bad going on inside but not had to ‘trot’ off to the loo since early yesterday! Hoping things have settled down 🤞🏻.
My 100km dog walk is going well, half way already (not always with the dog though 🤨) been counting all my steps especially the trip on Thursday where I did over 4km. Bit cheaty I know but SANDS still get the money and I’m getting the benefit of extra walking 🤗.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend 💞

It's not often we're pleased with a gain @TakeItEazy but if it's put your mind at rest then well done! 👍

It's been dry all day here @joedenise and did manage to get a wash out. No breeze at all so I thought it was damp when I brought it in but turns out it was probably just cold as it soon dried off indoors.

I've done some prepping for the next couple of days to take advantage of no builders on a Sunday.

We had my usual beef in 'red wine' recipe for dinner but made in the SC. Not quite as rich OK.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, eggs (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
    L- ham (P), hash and pickles (F, S)
    D- beef in 'red wine' (P, S), new potatoes (F), veg (S)
    D- cornflour 1, weekend wine 😁

Morning all, my washing dried OK @maman as the rain held off but not this morning!  It's raining really heavily and it's still quite dark, definitely darker than it usually is by this time.  Just glad I don't need to go out (except will need to go out this evening to put the bins out so hoping it will have stopped or at least slowed down by then!)

As @maman said well done on your gain @TakeItEazy as it put your mind at rest that there was nothing going on with your tummy issues.  Well done on your walking too, half way there but not half way through the month.

Went over on syns last night so will need to keep them low during the week.

    Today's plan:

    B - porridge, fruit - HEB; S
    L - mixed vegetable soup - S; F; bread
    D - egg, chips, beans, mushrooms - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge
    Syns - bread 3

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, bright, sunny but really frosty here. Lay toasty in bed at 6am listening to DS scrape his car!

The wedding weekend was wonderful and I caught up with a few friends and old work colleagues I haven’t seen for a long time. A few new potential holiday plans in the pipeline 😉.  Food was lovely and I did have a few things like dessert or cheese boards that I’d not normally eat but line drawn and the countdown to lose as much as I can for new year commences.

    Today’s food:
B - sweet omelette, banana, Kvarg 0.5 (will need to pop out for more fruit)
L - tomato and red pepper soup, toasted soft pitta HEXB
D - roast chicken, roasted potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers and broccoli

    Have a good day everyone.

It's not actually raining here @joedenise but chilly and damp feeling. I'm really pleased I cleared the washing over the weekend. Now it's just the ironing to do. ☹ Like you, I only do a minimum but I've not done any for weeks so shirts have accumulated.

Glad the wedding went well @Jellybaby. Fresh holiday ideas sound exciting.

Now you've talked about losing weight for the new year, perhaps it's time for a new thread as summer is long gone.☹

Anyone got ideas for ideas for a title?🤔

No skinny sausages again in Aldi so will stick with BGTY from Sainsbury's until/if they reappear.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, scrambled eggs (P), tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
L- LO beef casserole and veg (P,S), 1 potato (F)
    D- sausage casserole with penne (P, F,S)
    Syns- BGTY sausages 2
