    Most Ryvita thins are 1.5 syns @TakeItEazy but a very few flavours are 2.

    Another lovely day here, 30+ degrees. 😎 Sorry if it's not the same for everyone.

    I enjoyed my prawn cocktail last night so much that I made some for lunch today.

    I've done my meal plan for the week and the shopping to go with it. 🤞🏼 for a clear week on plan unless something unexpected happens.

    Today's plan-
    B- HEB toast, bacon, egg (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
    L- JP (F), prawns (P), salad (S)
    D- chicken casserole (P,F,S) with cauli, broccoli and cabbages (S)
    Syns- LTL mayo 1, cornflour 1, weekend wine😊

    Been hot here too but was THICK fog this morning but it soon burnt off.

    DH all sorted, it was because when then were tuped over bec ause he was still on old contract. Finishes Thurs 31st October, but he has 2 weeks holiday in October 😁so will be back 9 days after his holiday.

    Food today

    Banana

    watermelon, ham, beet, seafood sticks

    fake kfc, 4 syns, salad, cheese coleslaw, half hexa and 1 syn
