You're really getting yourself into this @TakeItEazy. You must be so pleased to see off that yoyo pound. 👍

Hope you enjoyed all the tiramisu and wine syns @Suffolksue. 55 should be more than enough to see you through the rest of the week. 🤞

It's a beautiful summer's day here too @joedenise. No washing here as DH acquired some cement from the bricklayer to fix the line in place properly so leaving it to dry properly. It's useful having a second place down the bottom of the garden although I will have one on the new patio when it's done.

We're having pork today too. It's the first time since DH was taken ill. So far he's coped fine with any small amounts of fat so 🤞he'll be OK. Yesterday he had a fry up in a cafe and ate the sausages with no ill effects, although they were sourced from a local butcher rather than catering suppliers.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, bacon, egg (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
    L- JP (F), tuna (P), salad (S)
D- roast pork (P), SW roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns - LTL mayo 1, HM gravy 4, weekend wine 😁

Morning all, another lovely bright sunny day.  As usual more washing out on the line including a load of towels and tea towels.  Just as well I got those done as have the last hand towel hanging up in the bathroom by the sink!  Will be good to get the towels cupboard topped back up.

If only I hadn't recently topped up my lentils and rice stocks @bubbs!  The red lentils are a good price as is the rice but just haven't got the space to store more!

Noticed @Coxy11 hasn't been around for a while.  Don't remember her saying she was on holiday or hiking or anything at the moment, anyone know?

    Today's plan:

B - scrambled eggs on toast (actually found a couple of beaten eggs in the freezer when I did my inventory over the weekend from just before we went on holiday a couple of months ago - will definitely do that again if I have eggs left before we go away)
    L - stuffed peppers
D - LO pork, new potatoes, stir fried courgettes, chard, onions, salad

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - butter 5 (for stir frying and new potatoes!); mini milk lolly 1.5; may also have a cereal type bar 4

I'm finding I'm having to eat some "junk" in order to use up my syns a bit - certainly more than I'd ideally have.  Also don't want to have to resort to G&T to top up!

    Have a good day everyone.

Pffft done it again! So far so good with following SW, just not so good at logging menu on here! You are my ‘club’ to keep me going 🤗
Yesterday was pretty much the same as before really, had a Granny Smith as was calling me to it 🤗. 1 seems ok tum wise so may include one now and again. Syns = 11.5 HEs cheese & soft pitta.

Are Sugar free Smint Mints free? Hope so as helping my bloat!

Made another quiche, just onions & toms with potato base & HEa cheese. Not much in veg wise, need more eggs too. Ones I got from Lidle were tiny so used loads to make the quiche.

I need to lose a stone to get back to target 🤞🏻 I can shift some before school goes back 🤞🏻

@TakeItEazy - pretty sure Smint mints will be syn although very low.  I'm sure someone will be along soon who will be able to tell how many.  I always buy large eggs as medium seem to be very small these days.  I know they're slightly dearer but you don't have to use so many so probably works out cheaper in the long run.

Good luck with shifting the stone you're hoping for.  I'm sure you'll shift at least some of it before school's back.

The mints are 2.5 syns for a 20g pack or 1 syn for 8g @TakeItEazy. Not sure how much that is per sweet? 🤔

    Back later with menu. 😊
