Well done on the weight loss and moving more.
i haven’t bought food at work, ive had loads of fruit and veg, no biscuits / sweet treats at all. The school walk is hit and miss with the weather being so awful. I’ve been swimming x2 this week, no where near the gym, so need to improve on that.Overall I am quite pleased with the healthy eating, but need to exercise more 😊3 -

Well done on the weight loss @redofromstart
I haven’t moved for the last couple of days as have a horrible respiratory virus, Yesterday I didn’t even feel hungry ( so definitely ill 😂)
I bought some new tailored trousers online for work, but they are a bit tight, so my next challenge is to fit into them…2 -
