    I am still a bit flat, and the weather hasn't helped.  All of the carbs and not enough movement. I will be lucky if I get a maintain this week.

    @jwil - your scales will definitely weigh more accurately on a hard floor than on a carpeted floor.  Definitely worth using them in the kitchen.

    Done the WFit work out for today - missed yesterday as my energy was very low and it seemed a bit self defeating to push myself too hard. 

    It’s dry here, so in spite of the wind, I am determined to get outside for some air and daylight today 😊

    I'll be on damage limitation ahead of tomorrows weigh in!  All of the vegetables. I wouldn't mind so much if I had eaten nice things rather than just all of the things.

    I saw over on your thread that you are having overnight oats so would be interested to know how it worked out calorie wise as I don't do well counting them but estimated that if I made them with water rather than plant milk even with protein yoghurt, cacoa, flax and chia seeds added, it should be around 250 - 275 calories but this might be wildly off?
