Didn’t get out but did do two WFit workouts this morning and a third this evening. However, I suspect it was needed as the only veggie option on the menu I could face eating when out with a friend today, was veggie sausage, egg and chips! 😳🙄😂 Very tasty and I suspect, HORRIFICALLY calorific! Never mind, more exercise, less eating tomorrow 😉😊

I was awake early this morning, so I got up and did a workout from the app."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2

I am in awe of that level of commitment @jwil, I did get up but mostly so I could put the cardboard mountain out.
@KajiKita , I have been resisting chips, but could do ham, egg and air fryer chips tonight as long as I did lost of veg with it. Tempting.
I did have breakfast (rare event!) of flat mushrooms filled with cheese and some ham sprinkles done in the air fryer, and I shall have a slice of pea and ham soup for lunch. Lots of nice fruit to fill up on if I want a snack. Trying to write everything down in my fritter impulse buy 'box clever' food journal.
Walk 3 completed this morning - nice to be out in the fresh air. Nearly on 7k steps despite mostly sitting since I got back.My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

Done two workouts on WFit and mopped kitchen floor. Breakfast next and then heading out to clean the neighbour’s house for the last time before I start work again.Seeing a friend at hers this afternoon 😊
I need ideas for really quick (to make and eat), high protein, high fibre breakfasts for going back to work. Any thoughts?KKAs at 15.08.25:

The baked egg muffins spring to mind, and then use spring greens/shredded sprouts/kale as your filler veg as they are high fibre greens. The SW version goes cook small finely chopped onion for a few minutes, add 150g of your shredded green veg and let them cook for a few minutes more. Let them cool slightly. Beat six eggs, season and the stir in your greens and some nutmeg. Add grated cheese (50g). Into muffin tray,15 mins at fan 160. I used a silicon muffin tray so easy to turn out. They would travel ok, and lasted a few days in the fridge. I suspect you could add sesame seed on top for extra fibre, but I suspect chia inside would mess with the texture. ETA I did google and there are recipes with them in the main egg mixture.
Frittata is the other one that springs to mind.
The overnight oats maybe if you use a high protein yoghurt - not my thing at all but lots of people like them. The fruit is classed as good for fibre on SW, and I assume oats are.
I may struggle with my walk today as I am stuck in waiting for two deliveries, then the roofer is due to look at any snagging mid afternoon. Worst case is I use the exercise bike instead and give my knees a break. My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese
