The weather isn’t helping as it means I don’t want to get out in the garden (my main exercise) and so I’m sat on the sofa keeping warm too much. To offset this I have signed up to an app (W@lkFit - others are available! 😉) that gets you doing exercises in the house. It’s surprisingly effective at getting your heart rate up, your step count increasing and feeling like you’ve done something. I find having to maintain a streak really helpful - I was only on day 3 yesterday and wanted to skip the workout as I was shattered, but worked the 8 minutes into my cooking process, just so that I didn’t lose my streak! 😊KK
On busy days I literally do the 8 minute workout which is part of the 28 days, but on days when I have more time I do a dance workout as well. I was freezing this morning so did the two. With those and a brief walk around the block and some cleaning I’ve got to 12K steps today, which I am really happy with 😊
I also like the fact that so far on all the videos I have tried they have two demonstrators - a lean, toned, skinny one and a plus size one. The plus size one does everything that the lean one does - I find that massively encouraging for some reason 😊

I've downloaded it and paid £31.99 for the year. If it helps me stay motivated it will be well worth the money. I like seeing active plus size people, it's motivating for me!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I was up early this morning so went straight out and did my first walk 😁"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2

@jwil, @redofromstart - I hope you enjoy it now! 😊
I didn’t go out for a walk. It actually dried up enough that I got out in the garden for an hour or so 😊 When I came in I also did two workouts - the daily one on the 28 day challenge and a dance one 😊

I've done my walk today. I've turned off the motion detector bit though as it tracked my driving in the car as my walk 😆"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2
