I requested my switch a few days after the offer opened so I know there is still time. But I don’t have the full amount. Can it be made by moving money in and out or some other way?

@MABLE - It's not Quidco, it's Topcashback that you need to check. Mine's now showing as payable:-
I don't understand why we still haven't been paid as yet by Santander, even though Topcashbask has paid us. Here's my situation,:-- Opened two Sole Santander accounts (one for me and one for partner) on 03/04/24
- Switch took place on 11/04/24
- Setup 2 x DDs for both accounts using Plum & Moneybox - both are actively paying into accounts
- Made multiple deposits totalling over £1500 and this was done by 02/05/24.

If you instructed them to do the switch on 3/4/24 by my calculations they have till 2nd July 2024 (3rd April + 90 days) to pay you the money.1 -

The problem is that today Santander have thrown the terms out the window and started assessing accounts and paying some bonuses too early, so it's now uncertain what's happening.
Topcashback and Santander offers are not connected to each other. One can be paid without the other. I got the TC payment today as well, though I don't qualify for the switching offer.2 -

“You’re nearly there…Remember, to qualify for the offer, within 60 days of telling us to switch your account, you’ll need to: have successfully completed the full switch, using the Current Account Switch Service (CASS), which includes closing the account not held with us set up at least 2 Direct Debits. These can't include Direct Debits set up to fund a savings account you have with Santander, cahoot or Cater Allen pay in £1,500. Your switch amount will be paid directly into your account around 90 days after your account has been opened and eligibility criteria has been met (providing the account is still open). Take a look at the terms and conditions This prompted me to check and I realised I didn’t make the payment in.
Maybe they checked early, in theory I have until 19th.1 -

When did you start the switch & when did the switch completed?
Nothing for me yet...1 -

I was about to say '... and I haven't received the incentive' but I've just logged in and it's there! (it wasn't a couple of hours ago).
Just to help ...
- my surname begins with F
- I 'switched' two utility DDs after the account switch had completed at the end of March, one has paid out twice and the other once
- I 'paid' in £1,500 from an external account by means of 3 x £500 in/out within 10 minutes at the end of March
I am now 'prohibited' from receiving another incentive under the May 14th switch offer ... maybe they read my comment on that thread ... haha.0 -

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
