@MABLE - It's not Quidco, it's Topcashback that you need to check. Mine's now showing as payable:-
I don't understand why we still haven't been paid as yet by Santander, even though Topcashbask has paid us. Here's my situation,:-- Opened two Sole Santander accounts (one for me and one for partner) on 03/04/24
- Switch took place on 11/04/24
- Setup 2 x DDs for both accounts using Plum & Moneybox - both are actively paying into accounts
- Made multiple deposits totalling over £1500 and this was done by 02/05/24.
If you instructed them to do the switch on 3/4/24 by my calculations they have till 2nd July 2024 (3rd April + 90 days) to pay you the money.danny13579 said:worriednoob said:I don't understand why we still haven't been paid as yet by Santander, even though Topcashbask has paid us. The problem is that today Santander have thrown the terms out the window and started assessing accounts and paying some bonuses too early, so it's now uncertain what's happening.
Topcashback and Santander offers are not connected to each other. One can be paid without the other. I got the TC payment today as well, though I don't qualify for the switching offer.0 -
My experience fits the general pattern so far. Opened account on 27th March, switch completed 11th April. NO BONUS YET.0
-
Of 7 bonuses paid so far either yesterday or today reported on here, 4 started their switches on the 18th March, 2 on the 19th March and 1 on the 20th March.
Probably too early to establish a pattern yet, we'll have to see what happens over the coming couple of weeks.

Did people who received the money yesterday have the switch complete on 26th? Mine was 27th and received the cash today.
Edit:
Scrap that as Sparky got theirs yesterday but completed switch on 27th like me.0 -
Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on my eligibility for the switching offer.
On 21/03/24 I opened the Everyday Current Account and initiated the switch, which completed on 02/04/24.
I was planning on getting the bonus then closing the account, however I realised the interest rate on the Edge Saver was one of the best available, so I converted my Everyday Current Account into an Edge Current Account on 23/04/24. You can't open the Edge Saver with the Everyday Current Account.
Both the Everyday Current Account and Edge Current Accounts were part of the switching offer, so if I had switched straight into the Edge Current Account I would have no issues.
I suspect if the process is automated that I may have to contact someone to see if I'm still eligible, just wondered if anyone has any thoughts?0 -

The terms of the offer are that you "continue to hold your Santander account on the date we make the switcher offer payment". So you may have a problem here.

In reality, the only thing that changed on my end is the name of the account. The actual transactions and the initial balance from the original switch are still there with their original dates.
I'n hoping that if it is reviewed by a person they'll see that both account types are eligible and an eligible account has remained open throughout - but I don't actually expect it to play out that way.
I'm happy with the 7% saving account, but the switching bonus would be a nice little addition.0 -

My bonus was deposited today. I got the confirmation the switch was going to happen on 19/03, the switch itself didn't happen till a few weeks later but that's because I set a later date.
