Finally got the new app. It's all fine. I tried the pilot app and it was really slow on my device, but the update isn't slow at all and everything working perfectly at the moment.0

Yes, new app here today - it seems fine. I received an email today proclaiming that cheque paying in was back! It had never gone away for me, just lucky I suppose.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

They keep sending me dumb emails about the new look app, been using it a while now.
One yesterday saying thanks for using the pilot app.
One today Get to know our mobile banking app.0 -
They still have Pilot and original on iOS so I suspect you will keep getting those emails for a while until they finally manage to fix iOS issues and update the original app.jameseonline said:They keep sending me dumb emails about the new look app, been using it a while now.

I really wish banks etc would know me as a customer rather than generic emails *SIGH*.Futuristic said:

I'm Android stopped using Pilot a while ago, I'm pretty much used to new version now.0 -

It does seem they are wanting to add back some sort of quick balance feature. From their website https://www.santander.co.uk/personal/support/ways-to-bank/Mobile-app-updatesalanwsg said:

I found that very useful.
"What’s coming soon
Some features won’t be live in the app at the start. We’ll add more features over the next few months. This includes:
- Raising and tracking dispute,
- Quick balance. For now, you can set up alerts in Online Banking to let you know when your balance falls below an amount you choose."
