That will look so good when it’s done! 😊 Good colour choice, to pick up the existing tile colour without matchy-matching - very chic 😊

Ha - Mr Cheery found the tiles in a skip, I think 😂 We certainly didn't buy them, we've not even got that many, just enough for this space and about another 10 or so.
The rest of the floor is... interesting 😂 Terrazzo tiles, but been under vinyl for many years. Most of them are grubby white, and I have cleaned them with every proprietary cleaner and plenty of other things, and while they look better, they'll never look properly clean without professional cleaning/sanding which isn't going to happen. Some green ones round the edge and the odd red one. The dining room end, which used to be a separate room, had similar tiles, but blue and white 😂 At the bottom of the stairs, which again used to be a separate hallway, are yellow and black and pale green 😂
The whole house is wonky, so if you stand at one end the dining room are straight with each other, but the the kitchen veers off at an angle 😂 obviously irrelevant when it was two rooms, but looks 'quirky' now. Mr Cheery loves them, so they're staying 😂
Anyway, it's done - well, they'll need to dry and I'll grout later. They wouldn't do if it was a thoroughfare, the ground underneath isn't flat enough, but given they won't be stood on it doesn't matter.
One step closer to being able to fit the skirting boards! And something that's been on my to do list since the sink was moved in October 2021 🙄😂17 -

Thank you all!
Had a banging headache all day 🙄 I've drunk loads of water, taken painkillers, but it's still not shifting. Going to have a bit of a tidy up then a nice bath, I think, see if the steam gets to it 🙄 Glad I've got tomorrow off work!6 -
