We have had a nice pottering afternoon and a good proper chat on a sofa in a cafe. Mr Cheery is off out to a band practice though so I need an over-optimistic plan for the evening (maybe one day I'll experiment with a more realistic one?!)

* workout
* batch cook some stuff for the freezer
* tidy the kitchen after myself
* sort food & clothes & bag for work tomorrow

7.30-9.30 CRAFT & CREATIVE
* 10 mins tidying in the craft room
* decide what to make hot water bottle cover out of
* blog post
* flute practice
* find right versions of the new music to listen to on YouTube

9.30 onwards
* get the IPL machine out
* watch All creatures great and small

Well, not a bad attempt ...

5.15-6 DIY
❌ grout the tiles! - one of them has cracked! No idea how,  one of us must have stood on it somehow.  They're not actually floor tiles so it was always a risk but they're just under the radiator.  I've removed it,  adhesive wasn't quite dry so didn't grout

6-7.30 WHOLESOMENESS
✅ workout
✅ batch cook some stuff for the freezer
✅ tidy the kitchen after myself
✅ sort food & clothes & bag for work tomorrow

7.30-9.30 CRAFT & CREATIVE

My sister rang and we ended up on the phone for about an hour and a half 😮😂 but I did get all the clothes in the bedroom put away while we were talking, and found some stuff for the charity shop, and a few bits of ancient craft stuff for the bin. 

Not bad!

I pop all my paperwork in my coal bucket then when I start a fire I pop it under the logs

The joys of village living, start a bonfire and Faceache is flooded with comments.  I'm stacking the hardbacked notepads for bonfire night. 

I loved all creatures great and small - books and TV.  Is there a new version or something?
