Sorry yesterday was rubbish.  Fingers crossed for a better day today x
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
  • Cheery - here's hoping the 'bitey-booger' buzzes orf and the itching stops at the very least!  And that everything else 'settles down' and you can ease into the day.

Sorry about your work news, Cheery.  That sort of thing, when its such a shock, always really unsets the equilibrium and has a knock on effect on everything else.  Just be kind and gentle with yourself and let it bed in slowly.

  • Ahh Cheery sorry to hear you had shocking news to deal with - Elisheba puts it into lovely words above so I will simply say "I agree".

As for the bite - SO annoying getting bitten somewhere like that. I mean annoying being bitten anywhere, but some places are more annoying than others when they are itching aren't they! MrEH and I both swear by the little electronic zapper things for bites - no idea how a very small electric shock can stop an itch but they really do work. Possible not for between toes though as I can't even think how you would get the business end of the zapper in there, as small as it is!

Sadly going on further developments it looks like it may not be a bit after all but athlete's foot! Despite me not behaving in any way like an athlete of late 🙄😂 I don't think I've had it before, no idea how I got it this time - swimming, perhaps??

Hmm, I'm not sure that that is athletes foot that you have, or if it is it seems a lot more serious than I have ever had it. I've never had more than it being a bit sore and irritated. If there is no relief from the over the counter cream tomorrow I would consider making a doctors appointment, as you might need something more hard hitting.
