Im ready to fill in my DQ can i just check how / who i send it to :

Do i email it to :  DQ.CNBC.... and who do i Copy in on the email ?

See the 8 steps in the defence template thread

Your single email goes to the DQ email address at the CNBC,  plus CC the lawyers if used   ( or claimant if no lawyers are involved   ), so I presume that it's DCB Legal looking at the thread title
    info@dcblegal.co.uk  it will be then

    Thanks pal .

There is nothing confusing about it

You are dealing with the lawyers acting for the claimant,  plus the court system,  (  currently the CNBC in Northampton   )
  • Ive been left a voicemail from a company called ACI asking me to ring them about a personal issue - will this be related to this case ? do i need to contact them ?

No idea,  Normally it's DCB Legal doing the mithering

If you Google it, which you should have done first, it's a debt resolution agency

If you haven't had mediation yet, it could be the mediation service, but they usually email or write

    Unrelated to parking.

You know - or should know - all this from the Template Defence thread first steps.

More importantly, you'll come back here in August for the Public Consultation of course?

Now's the time to make a difference. Go read & bookmark the thread that I'm bored of constantly linking...! Please don't ask for a link to it.
Yep - I have read all the threads a few times and know exactly where they are - was just after a bit of a double check i was on the right track as it can be a bit confusing .

will happily come back on the public consultation in Aug if it helps .

    Cheers
Did you do the Consultation yet? It's very important that people like you join us to reply to the new Public Consultation, to tell the Government that:

    a) you have no faith in POPLA or the IAS and that there must be the SINGLE APPEALS SERVICE that the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019 promised the public. As long as it is independent (and only ONE appeals service, not two involved in a race to the bottom) that will give a real option to resolve disputed cases out of court.

b).  THAT THE ENRICHMENT OF 'DEBT RECOVERY FEES' MUST BE COMPLETELY BANNED. DISPUTED CASES ARE NOT SOLVED BY A THIRD PARTY DEMANDING MORE MONEY AND OFFERING A POINTLESS 'PAYMENT PLAN'!  The answer to the question about adding ANY money for debt recovery is: NO. Nothing, nada.  If the parking industry want to use third parties they must pay for the service, like any other.

c). Tell them about your experience and that your case went all the way to court, precisely because (a) and (b) above mean there is no option, no safeguard for consumers as a buffer.

Responses are invited to the Consultation now:

Do it this month pleeease! We will discuss it all in more detail in the coming days on that thread.

Said my max would be £15 but they would only lower to £140 .

Probably from DCB Legal,  not DCBL

Keep following the 8 steps, ignore future calls and texts,  start preparing your WS and always keep checking your inbox and spam folders for their N279 NoD document of Discontinuance,  same as the over 640 in the thread by Umkomaas
