Getting there ... but why in para 2 have you said you were driving, yet in 3 you've put:

"The User of the vehicle attempted to use the on site machinery to pay for a parking ticket but..."
good spot - should i admit i was driving then so in #3 say the driver or not admit it in #2 ?

    Cheers

Also  -  para 3  -  why is this date there?:-

"The Defendant does not accept that a contravention occurred on 23/06/2020, as alleged."
    I will amend this thanks

You tell the truth In both paragraphs,  so if you KNOW that you were the driver,  say so in 2, then in 3 use either,  defendant,  or driver,  not user, if its the same person   ( entity  )

That shows you haven't. Maybe you didn't click SUBMIT at the end?

See the pictorial page by page AOS instructions in the NEWBIES thread second post.

Once you have done the AOS and it shows on the MCOL history, your deadline for defence is extended a bit, to 33 days from the claim issued date.

But DON'T leave it till the last minute. And you only get that time once you have submitted an AOS.

That's not the Claim History page. Is it showing there now?
