    Hi,

What happened with this one in the end? Did you hear back off them or anything? In a similar situation :-(
Ignore the powerless debt collectors,  only the claimant parking company can issue court claims, even if they use a legal company

Why the sad face? This is nothing to worry about and all stages are covered in the NEWBIES FAQS thread. See my signature.

You honestly don't think anyone in the parking industry or their dull cohorts in the so called debt recovery industry actually use real addresses surely?
They hide behind mail drops, and any old address they can, one PPC had four running at once covering a geographic area from Coventry to Uxbridge, and one was a Newsagents in Denham.
They are as dodgy as a call centre on Scam Interceptors!
The ones who get exposed by the GOAT Mr Jim Browning?
I know that guy! (Well, I follow him on YouTube)

If its from a powerless debt collector,  ignore it,  as I am sure you have already been told,  post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements  ( less than 30 days notice   )

If its a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice,  respond as per the template response in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements

Study the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad,  second post

Study the defence template thread there too

Post the issue date from the claim form below,  plus the name of the parking company and the lawyers involved as well

Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first

Edit your thread title to something more suitable like

ECP DCB Legal court claim 2025 , (  or other names if different  , for clarity,  because your original thread title is outdated   )
