If its from a powerless debt collector, ignore it, as I am sure you have already been told, post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements ( less than 30 days notice )
If its a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice, respond as per the template response in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements1 -

Study the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, second post
Study the defence template thread there too
Post the issue date from the claim form below, plus the name of the parking company and the lawyers involved as well
Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first
Edit your thread title to something more suitable like
ECP DCB Legal court claim 2025 , ( or other names if different , for clarity, because your original thread title is outdated )1 -
