The debt collectors are powerless and definitely cannot and will not issue a court claim, no chance. !
ECP could try issuing a court claim, using MCOL, but even doing that action doesn't mean that the matter will actually go as far as a court hearing, many don't get that far
Its like asking if England will get to the Euros cup final and win. ! Nobody knows
They might do, but a realist would say, probably not, GS might say it could, Linneker or Shearer might disagree
So what do we actually know. ? We don't know anything is the answer, apart from the saga continues , just like yours2 -

You honestly don't think anyone in the parking industry or their dull cohorts in the so called debt recovery industry actually use real addresses surely?They hide behind mail drops, and any old address they can, one PPC had four running at once covering a geographic area from Coventry to Uxbridge, and one was a Newsagents in Denham.They are as dodgy as a call centre on Scam Interceptors!6

So just to add to this a letter just came from debt recovery plus to someone who doesn't even live her or probably even exists, did my research into them and can safely say they are also scamming people so I wouldn't worry about it.1
