Go to the top of this forum and look at the half a dozen announcements listed and "stuck" to the top of the forum,  so above your thread,  below the yellow banners that warn against posting personal information etc

Im not sure of what my defence would be , can you help on what i should be putting as my defence ? i know it hasnt got to be done right away but just not sure of what i would be putting in the document ?
