Send it if its ready,  no need to wait, email it as an e signed pdf document attachment,  to claim.responses , with the claim reference etc

Make sure you get the auto receipt (do not post it here please...) but you know that from the 12 steps in the Template Defence first post guidance.

Sent off - and auto reciept has come back to me . says they will be in touch in 10 days .

Im following the 12 steps and my next bit is : to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire or the usual template letter saying they 'intend to proceed' and/or want you to 'settle'. Ignore that!

Didnt see check MCOL tho so thansk for that .

Im ready to fill in my DQ can i just check how / who i send it to : 

Do i email it to :  DQ.CNBC.... and who do i Copy in on the email ?

Your single email goes to the DQ email address at the CNBC,  plus CC the lawyers if used   ( or claimant if no lawyers are involved   ), so I presume that it's DCB Legal looking at the thread title

Yep - I have read all the threads a few times and know exactly where they are - was just after a bit of a double check i was on the right track as it can be a bit confusing . 

will happily come back on the public consultation in Aug if it helps .
