The claim exits the CNBC and is wholly transferred to an actual civil court,  yours, the local court you nominated in your N180 DQ document,  standard practice,  from a civil service office to a physical court

Well it's explained in the Newbies FAQs thread post 2, under 'IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' and it's also in the simple 8 steps in the Template Defence thread too, so it is a bit worrying that you weren't expecting these next standard stages.

We weren't expecting any updates until 2026 when you get your discontinuation. None of the standard forms/letters along the way are anything unexpected or different than the 'first 8 steps' tells you.
