I was wondering am I allowed to take paracetomal to spain or are they restrictions?
I doubt that paracetamol would be an issue, but if you have any questions about what's permitted then check with the Spanish sites linked from the UK Foreign Office pages:

    Customs rules

There are strict rules about what goods can be taken into and out of Spain. You can find details on the National Tax Agency leaflet (in Spanish and English). Declare anything that may be prohibited or subject to tax or duty.

Taking food and drink into Spain

You cannot take meat, milk or products containing them into EU countries. There are some exceptions for medical reasons, for example certain amounts of powdered infant milk, infant food, or pet food required for medical reasons. Check the rules about taking food and drink into the EU on the European Commission website.

Taking money and goods into Spain

Check the National Airport Association website for guidance on taking money and goods into and out of Spain.

Thanks I will check the links out

Ref. the dimensions - do you live anywhere close to the airport ?
A quick visit with the case would allow you to try fitting it in one of Ryanair's hand luggage measuring "cages" - if it fits in then you are good to go.
Seriously thinking of driving to my local airport! I live about 15 miles from LBA can I just turn up with a suitcase and no ticket to fly are the general public allowed to go into airport with no bookings 🤷‍♀️

Also whereabouts in the airport are the measuring cages will security stop me?

I think this has been answered before.
The cages are near the check in desks.
You won't go anywhere near security.
Just walk in and try your bag in the relevant cage for the airlines you're flying with.

    I'm not sure.
But I do know she's thinking of going to LBA to check the cages.
Hence the link to 1 hour parking at LBA.

Yes, the cages for each airline will be the same at LBA and MAN.

I think that poster was a little confused by my post.
