Don't exceed the dimensions/weight they specify for the bags. They don't always check but sometimes do, and sometimes they'll be fussy about size and other times weight. Include wheels on trolley bags in the dimensions.
This really worries me Ive bought a small suitcase this is the size

Ryanair can be fussy but not that fussy - it's vanishing unlikely you'll have a problem with those dimensions as they're within 1cm of their stated cabin bag dimensions. I wouldn't worry about it.
The measurements don't include the wheels. Ive measured the suitcase myself with a tape measure and those measurements are only the body. The wheels add another 5cm on
It can't be designed as an aircraft cabin bag, the 55cm height is pretty standard across airlines and the dimensions always include wheels/handles etc. Are the wheels detachable?
No the wheels don't detach I bought it from Home Bargains it doesn't say cabin. I bought the small suitcase

You need to measure your bag including wheels and handles.
And ensure you are within Ryanair rules
That's the only way to be sure your bag complies and will be accepted.
You can't rely on saying 'some bloke on t'interweb told me it would be fine'.

I'm gonna take it back to the shop and get a refund because it's way too big! Ive seen this one on TikTok shop I'm gonna buy as the measurements include wheels and it says cabin and suitable for Ryanair

I wouldn’t use that abroad. Get a Chase, Monzo or Revolut. Any of those are better than your Barclays debit card.
    Ive opened a Monzo account!

Will this card save me money using it in Spain?

I'm glad you're not going to go with that bag.
Last time I looked for a cabin bag, I went shopping with my tape measure and found that the dimensions on lots of bags did not, in fact, include wheels and handles.
I didn't buy any, I've just stuck with my Antler rucksack that fits under my seat and doubles as a footrest (I'm not tall).
It did OK for 4 days in Dublin and same in Barcelona during cooler weather.

Yes a squashable bag like a small rucksack as the second bag is a good idea, as long as you can fit it into the bag sizers you'll be OK, or you can take something out and wear it.

I usually just take a small bag on short trips and it's usually oversize but I know I can take a fleece out and wear it and it will then fit into the bag sizer, if I'm pulled up about it. But I never have been.

Retailers are prone to claiming this sort of thing but such assertions should always be treated with caution - the only thing that matters is whether Ryanair accept it, which they obviously should if its measurements comply with their published policy.  In other words, should you find yourself embroiled in a debate with Ryanair airport staff about dimensions, the fact that a TikTok seller claimed it would fit will be irrelevant!

I doubt that paracetamol would be an issue, but if you have any questions about what's permitted then check with the Spanish sites linked from the UK Foreign Office pages:

    Customs rules

There are strict rules about what goods can be taken into and out of Spain. You can find details on the National Tax Agency leaflet (in Spanish and English). Declare anything that may be prohibited or subject to tax or duty.

Taking food and drink into Spain

You cannot take meat, milk or products containing them into EU countries. There are some exceptions for medical reasons, for example certain amounts of powdered infant milk, infant food, or pet food required for medical reasons. Check the rules about taking food and drink into the EU on the European Commission website.

Taking money and goods into Spain

Check the National Airport Association website for guidance on taking money and goods into and out of Spain.
