@BlueJ94 haha, you shall have your update shortly. 😊

I'm hoping to try take advantage of a day off, all out of office on and no sneaky check ins. I’ve got docs this afternoon but before then I want to try sneak in a brew and a tip run so it at least feels productive. I am a little unsure how docs will go as I’m generally I feel healthy but I’m adamant there’s something underlying I’m constantly tired/exhausted, low energy and rubbish moods plus I seem to have a little lump on my rib area so we shall see.

Yesterday was a bit of an admin day, I’ve went through all my upcoming projects and literally put one task as what will move that on. I’m home tasks we need a table but before that we need to declutter to make space for it 😂 so that’s my task today. I’m hoping to go for a little walk this afternoon with a diversion for a cheeky pint maybe haha.

I hope everyone enjoys their Tuesday.

hope everything is ok but I'd go for stress, eating the kind of food we all eat these days, too much caffeine and/or sugar, not enough sleep.

Lol, all easy to say, difficult to rectify without a lot of hard work

I know you understood, just to clarify in case it came across as flippant, these things all have physical manifestations and are easy to spot but can be quite difficult in view of unless you win the pools nobody can just give up work for a lovely 6 month break. Dxx

Nope not flippant at all :) - I do think that there are certain things I could do better at, vocalising and chatting with those close to me is one of them. I do have options work wise but I have to be careful as well. My current plan is to do my best to keep going with a proper plan in place and see how it goes.
