The gym was a little too busy for my liking I had expected it to be a bit quiet at 05:15 lol. I think my preference is maybe go for a stroll in the morning to get my daylight hit and then gym a few nights a week.

the weekend should be lovely - I’m at footy today and then tomorrow we’re off to an airshow so hopefully enough to keep my mind off work 😊

We had a lovely weekend and it was so nice just to switch off but Monday definitely Monday'd today! I feel worn out today and a little overwhelmed. I always get like this when I have a period of annual leave coming up. My first job in the morning is to put together a list of what I need to do. The old me would work through night and to pure exhaustion but not this time. Lights out now and attack it again in the morning, but today felt like one long day of unproductive mess.

Tomorrow is at least transfer Tuesday…every cloud :D

Well done for not working through the night, breaking that habit will definitely be beneficial to you. I hope you get some rest & quality sleep in readiness for tomorrow.

    Bring on Transfer Tuesday 💪
