Interesting that they don't appear to use (Anglia) in the company's name on their paperwork.
I wonder if that might make a difference?1 -

Re PCN number:
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

By naming the driver PoFA 2012 no longer applies. So you don't name who it was. You don't need to include any of the further details, they come later.0 -

I was even maybe back at the car in time, but just didn't leave the carpark within the hour. So they've explained why?
I also thought that this appeal is where I give all the details possible (as I read on MSE), and then they decide whether to waive it or not?
Why would I therefore give more details at a later date?0 -
Just use the blue text appeal with no adjustments or additions; it has been written specifically for the purpose of first appeals to make sure that you don't give away too much detail. The PPC is likely to reject it anyway and you move on to the next stage, an appeal to POPLA, where, even if that fails,, it is not binding on the motorist and the next stage (where you win) is a court claim.2
