Is it best to put the 1250 in during week days? Or would it be fine say today and taking out tomorrow morning

The terms only state it must remain there for 24 hours. It may be worth considering the number of days interest you lose on the money by moving it out of an interest-bearing account, which might lead you to favour weekdays.

Gotta leave it in for about 24 hours that will get you the £200 & they only pay out during the week

The dd/mm/yy (date of birth) followed by your four digit number is for online banking log in, your customer number.
You should get an activation code to set things up, got mine via text a few days later.
You pick a password etc then again for the app etc.
