NatWest/RBS/Ulster £200 Switching Offer 15/2/2024-2/4/2024

Hi everyone, quick question relating to my new Ulster Bank account (sorry if this has previously been answered):
I received my customer number a couple of days ago, I received my new card yesterday. I successfully completed the online checks (providing a photo of my passport and a selfie via the verification link which NatWest and RBS also use). Within two working days of applying I already had confirmation that my switch from Chase was underway, and I received texts from both UB and Chase only a couple of days ago confirming that my switch would complete on the 12th.
This morning I received the 'confirmation form' a few people have mentioned, which I have been asked to sign and date and post back to UB.
There is a paragraph within the letter accompanying the form which reads 'please post your signed application in the envelope provided or bring it to any UB branch along with any supporting documentation. If you've already successfully provided your documents to us online, you don't need to sign and return the application form'.
By 'documents', are they referring to my passport? I have already passed their security checks. It seems that my account is up and running, it has to be because another account (Chase) is switching into my new UB account. The only thing I don't yet know is my account number (which means on the 12th I won't be able to pay the £1,250 into my account)!

Update: Moments after making my last post I received an activation code by text message which, combined with my customer number, allowed me to access the UB online bank. I now have my account info so will be able to make the transfer on the 12th! Fingers crossed this will all go according to plan, a lot of people here have been successfulDominic_Blake1 said:Hi everyone, quick question relating to my new Ulster Bank account (sorry if this has previously been answered):

Anyone been paid today who completed switch on Tues 5 March? Natwest0

I’ve successfully switched to Nat West & received the £200 and, having recently got hubby on board with bank switching, he has submitted a switch request himself too which completed today. However, he has somehow switched his sole account from another bank into our existing Nat West joint account instead of a new sole account of his own. Does anyone know if he will get the £200 providing all of the other switching conditions are met? Or will the fact that I’m a party to the joint account and have had my £200 mean that he misses out? Maybe we just need to wait and see!0

I found the Ulster Bank account details on the Chase app. Once you click on the switch it shows you the bank and details which it is switching to. It’s actually quite detailed compared to other banks.Dominic_Blake1 said:Hi everyone, quick question relating to my new Ulster Bank account (sorry if this has previously been answered):

That's really interesting! I hadn't considered viewing the Chase app. I suppose it's no longer necessary given that I now have the UB details. I feel slightly upset having left Chase, it seemed like one of the more efficient banks, the app was well designed and the application process swift and easy. I'm happy being with FD though, they are excellent... And, UB of course (!!)steven141 said:

I completely ignored the form because I already had access to my account when the form arrived. I’ve been paid the switch bonus, so if your account is also up and running, I’d just ignore it.Dominic_Blake1 said:Hi everyone, quick question relating to my new Ulster Bank account (sorry if this has previously been answered):

Just to confirm and check, my switch completes tomorrow for RBS. So I could pay in £650 now, take it out tomorrow 2pm, send it back a few mins later and take it back out Saturday same time? And it would count as hitting the eligibility criteria?0

Officially ignored now that I have gained access to the online bank, I only really needed my SC / ACC number in order that I could transfer money in. Congratulations on receiving the Switch bonusArcherychick said:
