I’ve not managed an NSD yesterday. But I did get a refund from a train company of £17.05 after a dreadful journey on Sunday, and I didn’t spend as much as that.
this is the third day this week I’ve not managed an NSD. Each time I’ve bought a meal or snack out when better planning would have meant I didn’t need to, I need to get back to doing that and planning shopping better. Bit annoyed with myself but I can also see that work stress contributes to this! It’s going to be tight to reach my target but it’s still possible, just! Thanks everyone for posting to show how it’s done. Im not being too hard on myself, just trying my best 🤗
today I’d like to add a really early call for an NSD. (Number 9) as I have no reason to spend money and a family member is kindly treating me to lunch.1 -
Not a nsd as having takeaway tonight but will be cheaper as DD at work and eldest going out so can but his own tea 🤣1

Early call for day 11. (Helped by waiting for the postie.)‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.
"It’s a beautiful day with golden sunshine and blue skies all the way.” David Lynch.1
