I have a NEXT clearance near me which I popped into at about 11.30am - I got a lovely red dress for my holidays for a fiver :j I bumped into an aunt that I hadn't seen for years and she went to the NEXT sale today at 5am - she couldn't even get in the car park  As for the sale - the jackets that were going for £4 before Christmas, are now £7

You should go to the Next outlet shops for stuff throughout the year rather than going through all that crap at 5am

I find the Next clearance stores a bit (ok a lot !) crap TBH

I find the odd item ,but generally its the stuff no one wants !

whereas the Next stores sales are fab IMO :)

I was there this morning,in the queue for 4.45am ,kitted out my 2 sons and myself :T
then into M&S for undies :D and a cuppa by 6.15am
  • Does anyone know if the website gets restocked at any point and is it worth checking back periodically? If so how often?

I went this morning and manged to get quite a bit, the two suits i picked up do not quite fit and i need bigger trousers for one and smaller jacket for the other. Any hints or tips?
  • well i went back , just had too :rotfl:

Got a leather bag that was £70 and now £20 , shoes , a top , dd a dress , 2 of those sundae glasses with soap stuff in .

still disappointed , i have never seen it so busy .

Crap in the sense of getting up at 4am(?) to be in the long queue for entry into a shop for 5am then fight for all the 'bargains' then queue for ages then go home. That, to me, is crap.

I'm going to pop into the clearence store maybe, are they any good at the start of the sale or is it better to wait a few days?

today i was there. i didnt find anything good for me. i am going to wait for few days, until the sale will be 50-75% off. then, you can get the items for 1 or 2£!

I wish parents would leave their young children behind at busy sales. Really annoying.

There wasn't a lot in my size (8, petite) or bra size, but managed to get a couple of tops and trousers.

You mean leave their children home alone? or out on the street? Not very considerate of you.

I always go to the next Sale, getting there at 5am in the morning with the other crowds of people.

This year I wasnt going to go, but then got given a fair amount to spend in vouchers, so may as well make use of them.

I would do it online, but they took my account away as i no longer meet their requirments:( (not actually that suprising!)

Does anyone else get up early and go???

Im pretty small and got a 3 year old, so like to get there so i dont miss out on the good stuff.

I hope you're not one of the three women who collapsed outside the various Next stores in Birmingham with hypothermia - poor loves missed the opening too.

Yup, or if they are going to take them don't let them run riot getting in the way or tripping everyone up.
