I always go to the next Sale, getting there at 5am in the morning with the other crowds of people.
This year I wasnt going to go, but then got given a fair amount to spend in vouchers, so may as well make use of them.
I would do it online, but they took my account away as i no longer meet their requirments:( (not actually that suprising!)
Does anyone else get up early and go???
Im pretty small and got a 3 year old, so like to get there so i dont miss out on the good stuff.

Not at 5am but I do go for about 7ish so that I can have a mooch for an hour or so in Next, mostly in the homeware section then I can be on the doorstep of M&S ready for when they open! I can be home for 10am when the queues in the car park are building up.Do not allow the risk of failure to stop you trying!0

good luck! Hope it's not too cold. I don't have to, cos my daughter works for Next and on Xmas eve the staff were allowed to put goods aside ready to pay on the 27th..... about the only perk they get, they all have to work on the 27th, some of them starting at 6am.... they were forced into working on Xmas eve, regardless of the hours they have already done throughout the week, they are not allowed to park in the customer car park and not allowed to use staff discount on top of the sale goods....2011: £10 Sports Direct Voucher, Peppa Pig Wii Game, Trivial Pursuit Card Game, £100 Chat magazine win, Dance workout dvd, Grease wii game,0

that sounds like most shop work jobs only they are allowed to leave over sale items most businesses wouldnt let you!!0 -
My friend works at Primark, they get no staff discount (if only!), and they include the bank holidays (when the shop is closed) as one of her normal days off, and so only got christmas day off and will have tomorrow off.
Saying that as a manager she gets paid very well but does have to work a basix 47 hr week.£2 Savers club £0/£150

You should go to the Next outlet shops for stuff throughout the year rather than going through all that crap at 5am0

my "local" next outlet is 55 miles away hardly worth it on the off chance they might have something in my size and not the lime range thats cheap and nasty0

You might want to check the opening hours of your M&S. The ones near me are opening at 6am.0 -

i work for next, and in my store the manager refused to let us save items from the sale for ourselves - to keep it fair.
I can honestly tell you I think this is gonna be quite a good sale most of the stuff we had in was being reduced.
All of our stores employees had to work Christmas eve and then tomorrow on sale day.0 -
