:hello: bye nessa, are you off?0

Well done crispeater, I can recommend Laughing Cow Lights slathered all over them! Feels quite indulgent, although you can have the Ryvita as a HEB and the spread as a HEA!0

hello all, had one of them days today or would have popped on sooner.
and the weight loss for this week is
2lb
mighty pleased i can tell you, and i got my club 10, so even more pleased, lol.
today not been a sucess however. had banana and yogurt for brekkie, hm soup and rice pud for dinner, a jelly and 2 alpen light bars. but not drunk hardly anything which i think is they key to my weight moving in the right direction. must get back to drinking tomorrow. no idea what is for tea, depends what i find when i get home, think poss pasta and sauce as its quick & easy and filling.
love to you all, hopefully normal service will resume next week,

since jan i've only lost 6lbs in 7 weeks
i've followed the plan and given all my food diaries to my consultant who said they were all ok, so she contacted head office, who have sent her a plan called "fast forward" you follow for 1 or 2 weeks as necessary to kickstart your weightloss. she said she has done it before herself and it works.
has anyone else tried this "fast forward" plan? apparently its quite restrictive and everything you eat has 'units' like ww points
Fast Forward is very restrictive and you have to be very committed to follow it through. It works, but is like the old-fashioned 800-1000 cals a day diet
I'm sure you know what you're doing, but after being on plan for such a long time, I would be almost positive that bad habits have sprung up.
Are you weighing absolutely everything that isn't free food and that what you assume if free, is actually free?
Are you keeping a close eye on your syns - and checking that the syn values haven't changed over the years without you noticing?
Are you having a variety of different foods regularly?
Are you drinking plenty of water (or low sugar fluids)?
Read your Food Optimising book again, it's often surprising what you forget over a period of time.
If none of this helps, before you go for Fast Forward, I'd recommend you have a crack at Mix2Max or Success Express - the change of routine could get your weight loss moving again and in a much pleasanter way than FF (it's truly hard to live with).I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Hi all
I haven't got round to posting until today.
I was weighed in on Thursday night and I've lost 1 lb ( 8lb so far):j
I am going to have to really good this week because I've got Mothers Day on Sunday and my Silver Wedding on Wednesday so if I lose anything it will be a miracle. The aim this week is to stay the same and if I lose it will be a bonus.
Good luck everyone:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I don't think you can do that, no. They would be listed as a healthy extra B if you could do that. They probably don't have enough fibre in to be classed as a HEB.
