Aw soggymoggy big hug and a cheery smile
to you!
I love mug shots - they're great for a green day - usually at work I'll have one at about 11am then another about 3pm and that'll be 'lunch' and keeps me going from one end to the other. The sweet n sour is lovely too! They are 4 for £1.50 at the mo in Tescos :j
Cats are excellent for cheering you up - I miss mine so much, but as we're renting it wouldn't be fair to get another one right now though we have four next door!, so give him a stroke from me
Don't worry about doing anything if you don't fancy it - have a relaxing day and enjoy it - worry about everything else tomorrow! (Have a think about dinner though so you're prepared in a good way if you do get hungry suddenly!)

Well I lost half a pound last night...was more than i thought. I was so good all week tho i have started my period this morning so maybe that may have something to do with it.
Just rang the syn hotline as the therapist yesterday told me to linsead seads and ive just found out there 3 1/2 syns for 1 tbsp...she told me to take 2 a day....think i may only take the one!!!DS Anthony Steven 07.06.92DD Becky Emma 24.01.94DD Rose Grace Jean 12.05.090 -
I bought some Alpen bars, fruit & nut with chocolate, and then realised that they aren't the light ones. The light ones are synned at 3 each, but these are 5.5 each, so could I have one as a HE B instead of two of the light onesYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0

Thanks for that girls, feeling a bit better now - made myself go up to Tesco as we needed milk anyway, felt better for being out in the fresh air, and I had to go and get the kids anyway. Stocked up on Mugshots and am about to have a Sweet & Sour one. I've also had a couple of Ryvita Muesli Crunch with Laughing Cows on them so I don't feel so empty. Going to start making bolognese sauce in a minute for dinner.0
