    Hi all

I am a slimming world member with another 4 stone to lose (lost 3 already).
I have read the thread and found it really useful so thanks.

Skint Catt - Tescos own diet cola is my fave (better and cheaper than coke and pepsi)

They do a delicious almond flavour diet cola for 44p and a premium diet cola for 79p both of which are delicious.

I've maintained for the last 2 weeks despite following the plan so i too am having a colonic this evening. I've had it done before and its a good way to kickstart your weightloss.
  • Hi Lady,

Congrats on the 3 stone loss ... how good that must feel !!

Always fancied having a colonic , but pretty scared..... brave you xx

I picked up the fortnightly glass recycling bags today to put out for collection and I had less than one bag of bottles instead of 2 full ones, I honestly didn't realise that I drank that much wine before I started SW. I must recently have saved a few pounds in money by drinking less alcohol.

Last night I researched speed foods and decided that I needed to increase them, I bought the frozen fruits from Aldi - I think they are meant for smoothies but mixed with yoghurts they make a sinfree yummy breakfast enabling me to save my healthy extras for my supper, the time when I need them most.

    Good luck everyone:j

bargainbasement - I fill a meringue nest with fruit (3syns) well entirely cover it actually - then pour a muller light on top.

Also you can freeze them to eat like ice cream  though I've never tried this. You can also make free green day rice pudding with a vanilla, toffee and some pudding rice!

    Catt xx
