Colonics are great, esp if you have a tendanacy to retain... er...waste! They are comfortable, less embaressing than a smear (imho as you feel more 'covered up' bizarrely) and if you need them, can really regulate an under active bowel. Recommendation is the best way to find a practitioner but as this sublect isn't talked about that openly find one in the yellow pages and request a free 15 minute chat with the therapist - they shouldnt mind at all and you can bombard them with all necessary questions.

Hi guys
I havent posted cos ive been really busy at work but i did lose 3lbs when i got weighed on tuesday.
I think ive slipped a bit since but am back on track today:
breakfast - muller light
lunch - tuna + salad + bread roll (HEB)
tea - don't know yet, need to go shopping, probably something chickeny. Does anyone have the chicken tikka masala recepie to hand so i can get ingredients?0 -
:hello: I'm trying to cut my shopping budget aswell as sticking to this diet! I've changed the french fries for tescos Healthy Living snack selection - does anyone know if I can change Laughing Cow to Tescos healthy living Triangles?
Also has anyone tried Tescos own Diet Cola - do you like the taste? I don't like Diet Pepsi but wanted something cheaper than Diet Coke - I get through 2 litres a week or so.
Thanks, Catt xx0 -
HI Amie,
Well done. I daren't go to our Chinese buffet or I will put back all the half stone I have lost
Apparently Robbie Williams was in there recently, and to thank everyone for allowing him to enjoy his meal in peace, he paid all their bills :eek:You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
