whats an sas log? never heard of one, lol. seems to be a lot i don't know today.
why not try posting us a food diary each day on here, and see if we can't spot something thats going wrong? if you do i will, then we can pick up on anything either of us is doing wrong.
hELLO
An SAS Log is a double sided sheet where you record what food items you eat in a day (I dont have one in front of me so cant quote word for word ) but bascially for each food item you eat, you say whether it was planned or unplanned, whether you looked up the syn value before or after you ate it, etc etc etc.
I got given some the other week but mislaid them and never got round to filling any of them in. I think it is supposed to identify your attitute to food i.e. if you were feeling stressed at the time, did it make you reach for the chocolate etc.0 -

It was £6.95 - I originally bought the free foods book which is listed by supermarket, and that was £1.95, but when our consultant told us what was in the directory, I decided it was worth spending the extra £5
It has loads of supermarket ready meals in it which are free on various days, so that will be great for days when I am working
hello are you saying that the Food Directory 2008 is now out ???????0 -
