I love beans on toast, with grilled tomatoes and my HEA portion of grated cheddar on top. I've had that twice for lunch in the past week.

Just a thought - are grilled tomatoes okay?

I went well over syns yesterday so have made up for it today by not having any (yet!!)...

When you say that bacon is 2 h/b do you mean 2 in total incl the above bread or that bacon is 2 alone??

I have one HEA and a HEB left on a green day and am debating whether to have cheese on toast - again, lol! OR bacon sarnie and syn my bread

well just started getting my skin ready for summer too :shocked: , ive stared using avon cellu-sculpt ( body sculpting treatment) to help tone my body and it helps with cellulite . last year when i got married i used loreal sculpta lift and it did work and in a couple of weeks start with the tan moisture creams it gives you a pick me up , just booked for my hair to be done for easter , so im on a mission ( the summer calling ) come on girls

i mean use bacon as one of your h/b ,but you have to weigh it first ,like chicken, and the other h/b is bread
