passata is seived tomatoes, is yummy, is usually with tinned tomatoes in supermarket, or with the italian style food. morrisons do a betterbuy one which is about 30p, and is great as a base for loads of sauces etc

Thansk 160 - I will def go and get weighed (7,30 tonight) but really annoyed already!

I've had my cereal (weighed - never used to!) and milk, and a mug shot so far.

Morning,

I have been to get weighed and I have lost 3 lbs :j :j :j

Week 1 I lost 4 lbs, and the second week I maintained, which was my fault as I didn't stick to it, so really I have lost half a stone in 2 weeks :T

I stick to it rigidly during the day, and at night I have a large glass of wine which I think counts for 12 syns. My worst day is Saturday when I have an Indian (12 syns) and a couple of glasses of wine (24 syns), so I need to keep a careful eye on my weight in case it catches up with me next week

what sort of wine do you drink? (red or white?) if its white could you still have the same glass but have half diet lemonade or soda in to reduce the syns? just an idea!!

IIRC Charlies Mum doesn't like spritzers!
