Boots chocolate covered shapers bars - strawberry is 4 syns, mint is 5 - they are scrummy!
  • Please, not ALL men are the same!!!
Meals planned and cooked - for the poster of an earlier message who loves her Indian food, I've just made a vegetable curry with brown rice, FREE on green, (but I did add some raisins at 2 1/2 syns!).Will let you know if it was worth it tomorrow.
Came home hungry from my "mid" shift last night, but kept with the programme and had fruit and low fat natural yoghurt - which promptly meant I was awake half the night, shouldn't eat so late!LOL - (Should know better!)
Ok, cooker timer going off, time to try out the hash browns, FREE on green.....Thanks for listening
    Cheers you lot!

Im new to sw and need some idea's for evening snacks! Im a bit fed up of fruit tbh and always have a sweet tooth, Ive been munching on those strawberry's covered in yougurt made by fruit bowl and discovered they are 5 1/2 syns aarrr I guess thats quite high so I will need to put a stop to that. I dont know why but I just cant get my head round SL at the moment!

If you like meringues then buy the nests - fill with fruit and cover with a muller light - the biggest bowl you can have is 3 syns per meringue! YUMMY! Makes the fruit taste a little different!

AlsoI believe you can freeze the toffee mullerlights and its like a pot of free ice cream - would probably work with other flavours too? Haven't tried this myself!

LoneR113 - did you make the hash browns yourself? It is just grated potato? Please do tell!
  • By the way, i have been told by another SW attendee that if you change the consistency of any foods, they can become a Syn, like "smoothies" etc...
