Cheers George, are you male? If so Congrats for being our first!!!

Not male! Men at SW are few and far between. The OHs get all the best bits of SW I think - they don't have to go and get weighed, don't have to pay each week but they get to eat SW food and lose weight! Not to mention the fact that my OH can't seem to grasp SW cooking so I have to do it all - or is he just a bit clever with this?!

Haha, oh well... you are still more than welcome!!! ;) We have a few fellas at our group, first time i've seen that really.

    Have a good day y'all!

  • Morning all,

Yesterday went quite well i thought. I'm not very good at eating evening meals though.

    Today i have
    all bran + milk (HEa+b)
    baxters soup (HEb)
    fruit + muller light (free)

not sure what is for tea, probbly jacket potato.

i don't seem to be factoring in any syns though - i am craving chocolate - any suggestions for a 4-5syn evening snack?

On a red day today and already hungry! Just can't get on with reds!

Had two poached eggs (Free) on toast (half my Nimble bread HEB) for brekkie but getting peckish now.
Have a Bacon (Free) sarnie for lunch (other nimble slice) and a bit of left over pork to snack on. I also have banana, mullerlight and satsuma so I think its just my imagination that I'll go hungry!
Have salmon and prawns (Free) with jacket pot (other HEB) and green beans (Free) for dinner tonight.
Want to keep my syns for this evening if poss so I can have a treat.

I will do this 100% and even filling in my food diary before the day starts!
