I love my Indian on Saturday night, but I have changed to a chicken shaslik (or something like that spelling) which is nice, but not in a curry sauce.
I don't think one indian meal will have put your weight on - just be good for the next couple of daysYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
We like our indians too - if OH is desperate for a takeaway I have it after weigh-in - saves me cooking and means I have 7 days to work it off! We make our own too with Quorn so we don't have to weigh the rice.0

I Joined SW in jan and have missed junk food. I've found a good substitute for a take away on a sat night is burgers. I make them with sweetcorn relish (1 syn) and tom relish (1 syn) then put 2 burgers in with cheese, red onion and mushroom crammed in. All washed down with a vodka and diet coke!0

Not male! Men at SW are few and far between. The OHs get all the best bits of SW I think - they don't have to go and get weighed, don't have to pay each week but they get to eat SW food and lose weight! Not to mention the fact that my OH can't seem to grasp SW cooking so I have to do it all - or is he just a bit clever with this?!0 -
I can make a really lovely chicken tikka...very much like the one in the mag last month.....I was just being lazy!!!DS Anthony Steven 07.06.92DD Becky Emma 24.01.94DD Rose Grace Jean 12.05.090
