Morning all, thanks for all your help yesterday, and for your good wishes. I'm going for my interview at 11.30, feel rough as rats, have a great big ulcer on the back of my mouth, sneezing and spluttering and can't face breakfast because it hurts to swallow. Not a great start0

thanks lillys mum, its so nice to see how well everyone is doing and to see my pound off up there with everyone else's weightloss, was just about to eat a penguin cos i'm in a bad mood, but its inspired me to put it down and not eat it. I'm 2lb off my stone award, and been so good so far this week, thanks for the kick up the bum.

soggymoggy, if your brave enough, put a pile of salt on your finger and on the ulcer, after about 20 seconds it'll dry it out and pop it, hurts like hell while you do it, but then no more pain from ulcer. i do it sometimes, and others i'm not brave enough, lol. if you do, have a glass of water handy to swill your mouth out with,0

Oooh well done Tia, that's hard to do, when you've got as far as picking it up!
Thanks for that, I'll have a bash, but it's so far back I'm afraid I'll make myself gag. It's only just above the dangly bit. Got to do something cos it hurts like hell, I always get them before I go down with one of the lurgies the kids bring home, pity it had to be half-term/interview/youngest DD's birthday week.0 -
