Thanks everyone - some great ideas there.
I'm only online 3 days a week when I'm at work - what a pain!!! I could do with this 24/7.
Peachyest - when you mention pasta in sauces - are they the packets or is there another sauce mix I can use.
Also... sorry guys.... I'm out on Sat and will need a packed lunch. Was thinking cooked pasta, some tuna, bit of salad ( I don't like most salad  ) and some nibbles, ie babybels/alpen lights etc. Any other ideas would be fab.... xx"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." tigzem, you could make a tuna pasta bake with sweetcorn? Take some Alpen/Babybels with you, a fruit salad in tupperware? Or make some Quorn cornonation chicken wraps with plenty of salad & hard boiled eggs?0

have you tryed backing your apple , syn some sultanas 4 syn- 28g mix with sweetner and a little mixed spice , then when baked put aerosol cream -2 level tbsp is 0.5 syn or low fat custard 2- level tbsp is 1 syn , or o%greek yogurt, or fromage frais .
I might be wrong, but I don't think apples are free food if you bake them. I think they count as syns.0 -

tigzem - coronation chicken is just low fat fromage frais and curry powder. I've just bought some Quorn chicken fillets to have in it so they're free on a green day (or you could use the chunks in wholemeal pitta - 4 syns each IIRC?). Nimble would be a HEB or wraps are about 6/7 syns each.0
