Hi everyone, I have received a PCN for the drop off/pick up point at East Mids airport which was delivered on 16 Oct. However when I went online today on the apcoa web page (view the evidence, pay or challenge my PCN) and I entered the relevant info I get the response that my details are not recognised. Am I on the correct site or am I too early? If its the latter then I am already 4 days into the 14 days to make an appeal. Thanks to you all.0

Maybe too early but you could put it in via their complaints email instead.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Are APCOA operating at EMA? I thought that was VCS bandit country?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I have managed to get onto the APCOA web site today to lodge my appeal. Has anyone filled out the electronic form and how do I proceed with the letter template and attach it to the form?0

yes people fill it out all the time!
you dont attach it you simply copy and paste the text and in the drop down box be sure to select keeper not driver as driver is the default one.2 -
Apologies if this has been asked and answered before.. Does this appeal work when it's a lease car and the lease company passes liability to the individual lessee (not a business), referring to them as the 'nominated person'?0
