Even in this specific case? The email I sent them doesn't count as an admission of being the driver (I was not the driver by the way, I was being picked up)?

Send it, see how they respond. Even if they don't cancel, you don't pay. Just ignore anything following, they'll do nothing.

Is there a specific time scale for them to reply? Aware that many on here had prompt response and cancellation. Now I’m worried as I went through the online form as I didn’t want to enter driver details that they will claim they didn’t receive my appeal.

I have now got the ticket and went to their link. I'm a bit confused as to what option to choose.

Do I chose the I was not the driver and click on the driver details and then click the option to say I wont provide the driver details?

Where do I put the template letter? In the please explain the circumstances section?

Start again select any option apart from the one you have chosen and just copy and paste the airport text from here.
This is obviously a heathrow case
