Thanks so much. I copied and pasted the message on the first page and I was successfully able to cancel a ticket from Heathrow Airport. They took about 3 weeks to get back to me after appealing.3

Hi forum team.
At the 1st 10 minutes free drop off section of Birmingham Airport on Sunday there were huge queues to get out meaning that the 10 minutes of free parking was exceeded (25 mins plus in total - Photos of the delay and queue were taken as evidence)
A VRM check on the payment website shows an unfair charge of £18 is due.
The PPC is NCPThe vehicle is a company lease car and when a PCN was issued for a different parking issue the lease company have transferred liability to the hirer (although the response letter said driver)The options as I see it are:
1) Do not pay the charge and eventually receive a PCN which will be appealed using the text on page 1 of this thread. (An easy win provided the driver is not identified)
2) Paying the charge and then requesting a refund from NCP using the photographic evidence.
3) Raising a complaint with NCP using the photo evidence and not identifying the driver in the process.
Which one of the three options would you choose?
Ps: I have already responded to the Government Consultation1 -
3. Raise a complaint via your MP (STRAIGHT TO THE AIRPORT OWNERS, NOT NCP) using the photo evidence and get it in the papers to alert people and try to force an early promise of cancellations of PCNs that day.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello,
I recently dropped off at Manchester Airport. I tried to pay online when I got home and said I had over stayed the maximum time. (Was helping my mum check in)
I over stayed the max 30 minutes by 3 minutes.Would I still be able to appeal?Thanks.0 -
