Has anyone else completed all the requirements and not had the £100 paid within a few days?

My switch completed last Friday and the necessary SOs / DDs transferred over as part of that. The email I received from them Monday morning confirmed the only things left to do were pay in £1,000 and 5 debit card transactions. I did both of these things on Monday and the debit card transactions cleared on Tuesday.

However still no £100. I'm getting quite concerned after seeing on here how quickly others seem to be receiving the bonus  :/

Some of us still haven't heard whether we've even got an account yet. It's likely that not everyone will get everything at equal speed. They've set out some timelines, so as long as you get what's promised in the timeline given - it's not something to worry about at this stage.
The T&C do state that they'll pay the £100 within 40 days of the switch completing, so perhaps I am being too impatient. However the fact that some are receiving the £100 much faster would suggest the process is automated. Certainly the Co-operative are not renowned for doing anything quickly!

It would be helpful to at least know if I have met all the terms or not before the 30 days to complete them are up, so that I can at least try to do something about it.

Are you sure you are not mistaking envy for concern?
No it's genuine concern. The fact that others are being paid within 24 hours of meeting the criteria suggests it is an automated process rather than manual.

A week later and still no £100 would suggest 'the computer says no' but I have no idea why. If I wait the 40 days stipulated in the T&C and my £100 still does not arrive it'll be far too late to do anything about it.
I might be wrong here, but I was under the impression that the MSErs that already got their switch bonuses 1) have applied very early after the offer appeared (I hesitated for 2 days and I was given switch date of 13 Feb!) plus 2) they were already a Co-op members/users. Even if you were to raise a query for the lack of £100, with Co-op CS, they can simply quote the T&Cs back to you.

Yes that's precisely why I was/am concerned and why I asked here if anyone else had met all the terms without being paid the £100 within a few days.

I fall into that group of being an existing account holder who applied for the switch on the day it was launched. It is now 10 days since my switch completed and a week since I jumped through the last of the required hoops. Yet still no bonus  :/

As you say querying it would be a futile exercise, since they will simply quote back the 40 days it says in the T&C.

During application on 16th January I was given switch date of 9th February.  Still not heard anything about the switch from Co-op or the old bank.  I have sent them a message and hopefully hear back from them soon.

**Edited to add I just got a message back to say I did not request a switch.   But this is simply not true.  I remember giving my bank details and then further on in the application my bank details came back up on another screen asking me if this was the account I wanted to swich or did I want to use different details and I confirmed this and was given a switch date of 9th February.  They really are a terrible bank who did not seem prepared for this promotion.

Ditto, still have that with Barclays too.

But Coop came good today with the £100 (switch completed on 2nd, 5 debit card transactions on 3rd, £1000 paid in on 4th). Plus an email announcing it::

Thank you for switching to The Co-operative Bank, it's great to have you on board!

We wanted to let you know that we have made the £100 switch incentive payment to your current account!

The payment will show on your bank statement as 'Credit'. You can view your payment by checking your recent transactions via online banking, or by using the mobile app.

Now that you have received your £100 switch incentive payment, you are eligible for a £50 savings bonus payment. In order to claim this, you must complete the following criteria (you may have met some of these already):
Have an open, eligible current account exclusive, instant access savings product.
Ensure that the account remains open, with a balance of at least £25 until 18/03/2024.
To find out more about our current account exclusive savings products, visit co-operativebank.co.uk/products/savings/.

For the full terms and conditions of the incentive, visit co-operativebank.co.uk/products/bank-accounts/switch-and-save/.

    Yours Sincerely

    The Co-operative Bank

I queried this with Barclays because I've switched my account with them and it's the only one still showing on the app. They told me it's because even though I've cancelled Blue Rewards, I have 40 days to redeem any available cashback. After the 40 days, access to the cashback account will be closed and presumably it will then disappear from the app.

I tried to register for online banking today - one of the security questions I was asked was to pick an answer.  The answer was a name but it only used the first 2 letters so I clicked on "none of the above" and so had to call them instead.  Long wait but lady very helpful getting me registered, it was her who told me that they only use the first 2 letters and agreed was not clear.  Anyway we did not make the same mistake when wife registered and did it ok.
Please could you explain this ‘only used the first 2 letters’ thing a little more.  I need to register and would like to avoid the same mistake. Thanks.
The answer was my other halfs name but the option was first two letters but no explation.

Fair do's, you don't mind so much if you get an explanation, but for days (its still ongoing tbh as I'm not convinced everything like Blue Rewards/Rainy Day has genuinely been closed)

I have seen on the app it mentioning 13th March as a cut off point for redeeming points.

I'll find out in a few days time, firstly if the switch goes ahead then once I've made my card payments and paid the grand in.
